- operates an open, transparent policy in regards to financial matters and its audited accounts are available for inspection;
- conducts fundraising in an open, professional and ethical manner, consistent with the highest standards;
- does not accumulate funds beyond approved operational levels;
- submits all financial reports annually to its Accountants, Auditors and Lawyers according to normal professional and commercial practice.
